What can you do if...


...you can't see the listing you just uploaded?

Go to the My Listings section in the app or on the website and check that your last listing is there.
  • If it is not there, try uploading the content again by selecting it from the gallery.
  • If it is there and the "Draft" option is displayed, wait a few minutes; the encoding process may take a little longer depending on the size of the file.
  • If, after waiting several minutes, the content remains in "Draft" status, you can go to the app's gallery and download the content to your device.

...you get the error 'Oops! Can't proceed with the purchase of the selected content'?

The content in question may no longer be available because it has already been purchased or because the seller has removed the content. Remember to refresh the listing board to see the latest posted contents.

...you can't delete your own listing?

A user is proceeding with the purchase order for the content, which is in negotiation and cannot be deleted.
