If the content that was sent to you as a reply to your request has also been published as a listing and another user has created a purchase order for it, you cannot accept the reply to your request. If the purchase is completed, the content will no longer be shown to you as a reply. Otherwise you will be able to accept the reply and complete your order.

If you are unable to upload content in reply to a request, try going back to the request detail and refreshing the page. Check that there is still a possibility to send a reply. If not, wait a few minutes and reload the page: if the user has accepted or rejected replies, you can try to upload again.
