What can you do if...


...the invitation code you entered during registration is invalid?

Try checking again the invitation code you entered, and make sure it is entered correctly, respecting capitalization. If you are creating the account on wuvday.com, try clearing the cache of the browser you are using, reload the page and re-enter your details.

...you see the message "Registration failed" during registration?

Try checking your data again and make sure they are all correct. Check that:
  • the email address is valid;
  • the invitation code you entered matches the one you received or that the I don't have an invitation code checkbox has been ticked;
  • a valid position has been entered;
  • the terms and conditions have been accepted.

...you can't delete the account?

Try clicking on the Delete this account button and confirm. On the second attempt the deletion process should be successful. Otherwise, use the support chat on both wuvday.com and the WuvDay app for smartphones and ask for assistance with your problem.

...you can't update your billing data?

Wait a few minutes and try closing and reopening the app and updating your data. Otherwise, use the support chat on both wuvday.com and the WuvDay smartphone app and ask for assistance with your problem.
